Summer is here at Saco Woods! We welcome several new owners who have recently purchased units at Saco Woods. Please be sure to visit the owner’s section to review all the Condo Documents: Rules/Procedures and the Bylaws—they are all written in an easy-to-read format. At our Annual Meeting in Dec/January we will have two board positions to vote on, it would be great to have some new folks join us.

With the opening of Hutchins Drive into Saco Woods we remind all: we have an easement to drive over Hutchins Drive, the road is owned by Journey Church. Please be mindful and respectful of this. If you walk your dog, please scoop the poop. Please obey the Stop signs as you come into Saco Woods Property…and look at your speedometer as you drive though Saco Woods to maintain our 10mph speed limit.
